I love that 53% of Ivins contributed to this. So many hours and so much thought has been put into it to keep Ivins a special place, or make it even better. Here are a few takeaways I have:

1. Costs: What are the costs of the executable plans? Do we know? Should we know? I believe the General Plan should be a guiding document that either remains conceptual where costs are not a factor, or when there is a list of wishes or desires where cost is a factor, then an estimate of how that may or may not affect the budget is addressed. So, if it will impact our property taxes, then let's say how much that might be. Then we make a decision as a community if we still want that item.
